How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@qourtplay.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 7 days.
How do I change my Player ID?
Go to Settings → Personal Profile in the app. Tap on your Player ID to edit it. Your Player ID must be unique across QourtPlay.
A game result is incorrect. How do I fix it?
If a game is still pending, the creator can delete it from the Activity screen and log a new one. Once a game is accepted by both players it cannot be edited — contact us if you need help.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for QourtPlay in your device's system settings (Settings → Notifications → QourtPlay). You can also toggle notifications inside the app under Settings → Activity.
How are points calculated?
Points are calculated based on match outcomes, your skill level, and the rating of your opponents. Both players must accept the match result before points are awarded.
Is QourtPlay free?
Yes, QourtPlay is free to download and use.
Which sports are supported?
Currently QourtPlay supports Badminton, Pickleball, and Table Tennis. More sports are coming soon.
