When you use QourtPlay, we may collect the following:
- Account information — name, email address, and profile photo when you sign up or update your profile.
- Player ID — a custom identifier you set within the app.
- Sport profiles — sport preferences, skill level, rating, playing format, and home club.
- Activity data — match results, scores, and game history you log in the app.
- Device token — used solely to deliver push notifications. Not shared with third parties.
- Location (optional) — only when you search for or add a club. We do not track your location in the background.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the QourtPlay service.
- Display your profile, stats, and rankings to you and other players.
- Send you push notifications about match requests and app activity (you can opt out in Settings).
- Respond to support requests.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With other users — your display name, player ID, sport profiles, and match history are visible to other players as part of the core app experience.
- Service providers — we use trusted third-party services (authentication, cloud infrastructure, push notifications) that process data solely on our behalf.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Authentication
QourtPlay uses Keycloak for secure authentication. You may sign in with your email or with Apple Sign-In. We do not store your password directly — authentication is handled by our identity provider.
5. Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on Android and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) on iOS to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings screen or your device's system settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@qourtplay.com.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and follow industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children's Privacy
QourtPlay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@qourtplay.com.
